Added HYPRE_Complex and HYPRE_Real types in place of double.

Added an example code to test CG on a 4D HYPRE_SSTRUCT complex problem.
Added regression tests for bigint, maxdim, and complex.
Added a test to make sure double types are not added to the source.

Added hypre_printf, etc. routines.
Added AUTOTEST tests to look for 'int' and 'MPI_' calls.
Added a new approach for the Fortran interface (not implemented everywhere yet).

improved aggressive coarsening, implemented it by coarsening first, followed by a second coarsening

Aggressive coarsening and new interpolation routines can now be used with the following
commands
-agg <x> number of levels to use aggressive coarsening , default 0
-a2 A2 coarsening
-a1 A1 coarsening
-cljp2 CLJP coarsening corr. A2
-cljp1 CLJP coarsening corr. A1
-mp multi-pass interpolation
-jac multi-pass followed by jacobi interpolation
-nj number of jacobi iterations , default 1
