temporarily readded the casc macros to the linear_solvers directory to
...
facilitate quick porting to remote machines. Added 2 hypre macros that
slightly alter the casc macro counterparts. Configure.in has been
modified to facilitate easy porting to supported platforms. Read
the in-line documentation for more details.
