pkuthss: LaTeX template for dissertations in Peking University

* New BSD Licence for `copy.tex' and `origin.tex'.

This package provides a simple, clear and flexible LaTeX template for
dissertations in Peking University.

This file (`README.txt') is *NOT* intended as the documentation for this
package; please see the file `pkuthss.pdf' instead.
